Brian Figgs

Brian Figgs

Brian Figgs is a Co-founder of The Avenue Team and has lived in the Philadelphia area for all of his life. He moved to the city of brotherly love in 1998, and now resides in the Northern Liberties area. He has a vast knowledge of all of the different neighborhoods in Philadelphia, as a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He works with clients all over the map; Philadelphia, the suburbs, Ocean City, NJ (shore Points) and South Jersey over the bridge.

Brian understands that client relationships are the key to success along with organization and communication skills and strives to do his very best for his clients. Whether you are looking to sell your old property or looking for a new property, he is here to help you with all of your Real Estate needs.

Jeff Shablin

Jeff Shablin is a Co-founder of The Avenue Team. As a native of Bucks County, he has lived in the Philadelphia area for over 25 years. He is very familiar with the many neighborhoods in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Jeff has been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years in the highly competitive health and fitness industry, starting a business from the ground up.

He understands discipline, exceeding customer expectations, marketing, and everything that it takes to succeed in a competitive marketplace. He has an extreme eye for detail and, most importantly, he’s a keen listener, which leads to fully understanding each client’s needs and wants to guide them to the best decision. Most importantly, he believes in maintaining long-lasting relationships that are built on trust. Jeff understands that the client’s dreams are in his hands and is determined to make them come true.

Nick Selvaggi

Nick Selvaggi

Nick was born and raised in South Philadelphia and has lived in the city his whole life, giving him an intimate, firsthand knowledge of its diverse and eclectic neighborhoods. Over the years he has seen the city change in new and unexpected ways and is excited to be a part of its burgeoning growth. For eighteen years he worked as a project manager for an engineering firm, excelling at building close relationships with clients - nurturing their needs throughout the demanding process of new commercial construction. Throughout his career he developed a strong eye for space, planning, and design, eventually leading him to pursue his true passion: Real Estate.

 

Adam Valone

Adam Valone

Adam was born in New York and grew up primarily in Central NJ (yes, it exists), but don’t hold that against him! Adam moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University, and fell in love with everything Philadelphia has to offer. After buying his first home in East Passyunk Crossing in 2015, he considers South Philly home.

Coming from a background in architecture and development, Adam has always had a passion for real estate. Being in and out of so many homes and units, and receiving live feedback from clients, makes him a better designer. The knowledge and expertise he has on structures and building systems makes him an even better agent. Adam takes the time to listen and really get to know his clients, many become friends. He takes as much stress out of the process as possible, and has fun along the way. Adam values the connections he makes, and takes great pride in the trust his clients give him during such a major milestone in their lives.

Yul Giraldo

Yul Giraldo

Yul was born and raised in Cali Colombia and had moved to Aruba after High School to start his studies in hotel and tourism.
After finishing school in Aruba he moved to NYC where he lived for 10 years and worked in the travel and beauty industry.
He moved to Philadelphia with the opportunity of partnering & owning his own health clubs.  He has been a successful entrepreneur for 20 years in Philadelphia. He has absolutely fallen in love with this city and sees opportunity everywhere here!
He has always had a passion for Real Estate and started preparing for the right opportunity to enter the market as a realtor. The right moment is now with Coldwell Banker, making his dreams become reality!  He speaks Spanish fluently so he is always available to assist in translations.
